50 ans de jumelage, ça se fête ! Et oui, les villes d’Ixelles et de Biarritz sont jumelées depuis 1959 ! Le Festival de Cinémas et cultures d’Amérique latine de Biarritz reçoit à nouveau une carte blanche. Celle-ci ne pouvait pas mieux trouver sa place en cette année de jubilé ! L’occasion de découvrir un aperçu des courts métrages latinos programmés à Biarritz et de partir en voyage pour découvrir d’autres horizons avec des odeurs, couleurs et musiques si caractéristiques !
